Certified Nursing Assistant Admission Requirements
Please bring the following with you:
- Complete physical exam
- Proof of flu shot
- Proof of covid-19 vaccine and booster if applicable
- 2-Step mantoux or chest X-ray within the last 2 years
- Drivers license/Social security card
- Criminal background check
- Entrance exam 25 questions basic math, english, and science (Please Note- Exam will be administered on orientation day.)
- Complete and signed student enrollment agreement with the non-refundable down payment. (No personal checks will be accepted.)
- Finger Print with identity
Certified nursing assistant General Admission
Students may register for courses up to one week (5 business days) prior to the start of classes.
Students must register in person with the admissions officer.
“In the event of an unannounced school closure, students enrolled at the time of closure must contact The Department of Labor and Workforce Development’s Training Evaluation Unit within ninety (90) calendar days of closer. Failure to do so within ninety (90) days may exclude the student from any available form of assistance. Please contact the Training Evaluation Unit via email at trainingevaluation@dol.nj.gov.”
